Policy and Procedures

As part of our governance responsibilities, the Board of Trustees sets policies that outline how we want the school to operate to ensure the best outcomes for our students and comply with legal requirements. The Principal is responsible for implementing these policies in the day-to-day running of the school, using the procedures and handbooks specified in each policy.

To help us achieve this, we use SchoolDocs, which provides a set of well-researched policies tailored to our school and aligned with the Ministry of Education National Administration Guidelines. These policies are regularly reviewed and updated by SchoolDocs in response to changes in legislation, significant events, Ministry guidelines, and reviews/requests from schools.

f you have any concerns or complaints, the first person you should speak to is your child’s teacher, who will work with you to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, the Team Leader will be able to assist.
